Meet Latoya Mosley – Spa Owner, Electrologist, and Esthetician
Latoya’s passion for skincare and hair removal started with her own journey. After struggling with unwanted hair, she became determined to find real solutions—not just for herself, but for others experiencing the same challenges. That passion led her to open New Dawn Skin Spa, where her mission is simple: help every client feel confident, comfortable, and cared for.
Since becoming a licensed esthetician in 2013, Latoya has built extensive experience working with clients of all ages, genders, skin types, and hair textures. She graduated Cum Laude from Miller-Motte College in Cary, NC, and further specialized in electrolysis and advanced hair removal at Angel Face School of Esthetics and Electrolysis in Virginia.
In July 2025, Latoya took her passion even further by opening New Dawn Electrology Institute, where she now educates and mentors future professionals. Whether through skincare, laser treatments, or electrolysis, her goal remains the same—to educate, empower, and deliver lasting results.
